The Occupational security and fitness Administration (OSHA) is abiding with the aid of a court docket order and suspending enforcement of the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate on tremendous deepest businesses.
In a press release shared to OSHA's web page, the agency mentioned, "The courtroom ordered that OSHA 'take no steps to implement or enforce' the [Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS)] 'except further court order.'"
