Oldham begun his legislation enforcement career with the Garland Police department in 1987 and he joined the Plano Police department in 1992.
His survivors include a wife, teenage twins (a son and daughter), and a number of loved ones and chums.

Oldham is likely one of the latest COVID-19-related deaths among enviornment emergency responders in North Texas.
