WHO says C.1.2. COVID-19 variant does not seem to be spreading

GENEVA (Reuters) - a new coronavirus variant that became first detected in South Africa in may does not seem like spreading, the area health agency stated on Tuesday, including it turned into monitoring the variant as the virus evolves.

"It does not look like increasing in circulation," WHO spokesperson Margaret Harris instructed a U.N. briefing, including the variant labelled C.1.2. became not at the moment classified as a "variant of difficulty" with the aid of the U.N. health agency.
